MYGAMEMYLIFE™ is an excellence through sport program designed to help athletes identify and use athletic transferable skills for success in sports, but more importantly, in life!

MYGAMEMYLIFE™ consists of a unique collaboration of distinguished athletes, Ph.D’s, educators and coaches. Our focus is education, introspective learning. We have designed programs specifically created to challenge the minds of our youth. We want to help them recognize and optimize their potential for long term life success. Athletic transferable skills are taught and life champions are made.

MYGAMEMYLIFE™ life skill programs include:

• Mental Training
• College Preparation
• Health and Body Optimization

Each program will include customizable subtopics relevant and specific to the program.  There are a wide variety of subtopics that vary from burnout and parental involvement to sport specialization and opening your first bank account. MYGAMEMYLIFE™ will provide your team/organization with the most thorough and advanced life skill training known to sport.

MYGAMEMYLIFE™ also has specific training and education for coaches and parents. Knowledge, understanding and growth are essential keys to life skill development. In order to transpire the knowledge to our youth the education first begins with us adults.
